		<description>It&#039;s a riddle. Riddles commonly use this type of anthropomorphism.

The start of the line refers to a step, which is establishing the line as a comparitive to a living thing. I suppose next you&#039;ll say Glacier&#039;s can&#039;t walk either, so how can they take a step. In the same way the line referring to breath is what is being exhaled (or let out) as it moves, which can be considered snow.</description>
