Ready for Work

You will find me with four legs, but no hair.
People ride me for hours, but I don’t go anywhere.
Without needing to be tugged, jerked or turned on,
I always manage to be ready for work.

I don’t think it is a chair, because it CAN go somewhere…people ride them down the halls all the time. But I have no idea what it would be. I think the key phrases are that it doesn’t need to be turned on, people ride it, it doesn’t go anywhere, and it is always ready for WORK.

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. You don’t need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits. If you can’t do an actual workout, get more active throughout the day in simple ways..”.;
