It would have to be helium baloon, because a regular baloon is actually heavier when it has air in it. Ugg, awful flashback of highschool chemistry… Never did figure out what avagadroes number had to do with that ABC spy reality show…(ten points to anyone who got that last refrence).

I’m so late but the “Forceful when used aplenty” refers to using a ton of balloons to lift something, such as a lawn chair :)
