Embrace Me

Sometimes I am loved,
Usually by the young.
Other times I am dreaded,
Mostly by the old ones.
I am hard to remember,
Also hard to forget.
And yet if you do,
You’ll make someone upset.
I occur every day
Everyone has to face me.
Even if you don’t want it
To happen; embrace me.

It is a Birthday. Also reading the comments I like Change as an answer.
Birthdays happen every day to different people.
It is not a mirror because how does a mirror occur every day? it doesn’t fit.
It is not sleep because little kids generally don’t want to sleep and most old people don’t particularly dread sleep.
It is not life because old people don’t dread life, at least not MOST of them.
It is not pain because little kids don’t love pain.
It is birthday because kids love a birthday
Old people don’t like birthdays
its hard to remember someone else’s birthday
It is easy to remember your own birthday
If you forget someone’s birthday they get upset
Its someone’s birthday every day
Everyone has to have one, even if they don’t want to have one.

The chorus ends and he is seen at a parking lot, where PSY is approached by a man (Yoo Jae-Suk) in a yellow suit who steps out of a red Mercedes-Benz SLK 200; they have a dance duel. He then appears in an elevator underneath a man (Noh Hong-Chul) who is straddling him and thrusting his pelvis. The man in the yellow suit then gets in his car and leaves. The camera pans and it shows PSY in a subway cabin, where he notices an attractive young woman (Hyuna) dancing. At one of the train stops, he approaches the girl in slow motion, and she does the same. They start to embrace. He then tells the girl “Oppan Gangnam style”, and they horse dance along with some others at the train stop, commencing the second chorus. He also surfaces from a spa.
PSY sings to the girl at a night club as people in various costumes walk behind them. He raps in a serious tone in an enclosed space, but when he says “You know what I’m saying” the camera zooms out, and he is actually sitting on a toilet with his pants down.PSY and a large group of dancers do the horse dance and strike a final pose. After a brief reprise of the dance duel, PSY says, “Oppan Gangnam style”, and the video finishes with a cartoon graphic.
